Merry Freakin' Christmas!

Hello, and welcome to the December edition of
the Controlfreaks blog hop!

I am focusing on my family this Christmas, and mostly
making projects with them in mind.  I hope you are enjoying
your holiday and holding on to your loved ones a little tighter
in light of recent tragic events.

Did you see Barb's gorgeous projects?  She is
just before me in the tour, but even if you are a rebel
and going backward, I'm glad you're here!

My first project is a holiday luminary I made
for my daughter's rooms:

A little light in the darkness.

Every time I look at it I think of how they
are my little lights in the darkness that life can sometimes be.

Little lights that shine like beacons.
I thank the Lord for them, and their presence in my life.
(I am going to stop now, before I make a mess of myself!)

I am making tags to go on gifts:

Lots of die cutting and texture <3>

What did I do before that Big Shot?

Lastly, a bit of Christmas Cheer to send
you on your way. . .

A pin that sparkles and shines:

The double bow was inspired by the front
of the catalog, and it makes me happy!

I will be giving you a bit of how-to and sharing
some insight on that later, so you can check back for that.

Have a wonderful holiday!
Jan is next, so hop on over. . .
